Hello everyone! Today we are focusing on sending Thank You cards. It's a
great time of year to send them - especially if you have received gifts.
I'm going to be using products from
This is such a cute digital stamp! Perfect for thanking that friend. I started
composing my image in the computer. I sized it and added the sentiment and
printed it out onto some white card stock.
I went ahead and die cut it before coloring and I also picked out my background paper
from my stash. The background behind the image was a pale pink but I went around
the edges of it with a blending brush and white pigment ink.
I die cut and adhered my background paper to an A2 size card base. I
colored my image using Copic markers: Y00, Y21, YR12, YR14, YR24,
E23, E29, E51, E53, V000, V91, E21, E23, RV02, B93, B95, B97, B99,
YG41, G02, G05, G07, V01, V04, V05, V06
Using a heart string die from my stash, I used the other side of the background
paper to die cut this cute element. I adhered this die cut flat and then adhered
the die cut focal with foam tape.
I used colorful glitter gel pans on the hair, outfits and accessories. I
also used a shimmer pen on the scalloped part of the focal.
I used Stickles for the center of the heart and that finished my card!
I hope I've given you some ideas - especially how to add sentiments from
another collection and placing your focal point off to the side instead of
the middle. You can find these digital stamps and many, many more at
Til next time...
