Winter is such a lovely time to get married. I, myself, was a winter bride! So
today I'm sharing this lovely wedding card used products from
Despite the fact that daffodils are a springtime flower, I colored them like
narcissus which do bloom in the winter. Let's begin. I first printed out my
image and sentiment onto white card stock.
This flower bunch was already composed within the stamp collection. That
makes it really easy to create with.
I started by coloring the center parts of the flowers. This has the most
color.
I shaded the the white petals with the lightest yellow. Then I added in
a pale green for the leaves and stems. Copic colors used:
Y000, Y06, Y15, Y35, Y38, YR04, YG91, YG95, YG11, YG03,
YG25, YG67
I chose this paper for the base of my card. It looks embossed but it's not.
It does look elegant! I die cut this panel of paper and adhered it to an
A2 size white top folding card base. Then I added my oval focal after shading
the edges with a pale grey ink. I popped this up on some low loft adhesive foam.
The last thing I did was to add some glitter glue. Although it sparkly it's not iridescent
so it looks more like frost! And that finished my project!
Winter weddings are lovely! And this digital stamp could be colored up
in different ways for different occasions! You can find this set and
the entire Blooming Lovely Bundle that includes sentiments, papers, and a
variety of flower stamps at
Til next time...
