Hello everyone! Today I'm making a sparkling winter card using products
from
I usually have some idea of what I want my finished project to look like. But
I wasn't really sure on this one. I printed out my image and used paper from the
Freddy Fox Paper collection. I placed my sentiment on it as well and then I
printed it onto white card stock, I die cut it to 3 3/4" x 5".
I started my coloring with Pickles! They are so cute!
I was moving along with the coloring and then couldn't decide what color
to make the tea cup. I finally settled on a pinky-red.
For Copic colors I used: E50, E51, E30, E18, E15, E25, E08,
RV10, R13, RV23, RV29, R46, R37, R59
I'm thinking that the white squares in the design are sugar cubes
but I colored them to look like marshmallows. I used the red/browns
for the cinnamon sticks. After all the coloring was finished, I decided
to outline the sentiment with a fine black marker to make it
stand out a bit more.
I covered my A2 size card base with white glitter paper. I used snowflake
dies to cut various sizes of snowflakes with the same white glitter paper.
I added several pink enamel hearts and used iridescent Contour from
Stamperia for the centers of them. I added some tinier snowflakes
on the tea cup. I added tiny dots to fill in the background with a stardust
pen. And that finished my project!
I hope I've given you some sparkly winter inspiration with my
project today! You can find this digital stamp and many others at
Til next time...
