Miss You Florals with Brutus Monroe

Hello everyone!  Today I'm bringing you more fall vibes with this
card project.  I'll be featuring products from

This was fun to create and surprisingly easy!  Let me show you how I
made my card!  I started with my images.  I stamped the florals from
the Miss You Florals Stamp Set in Eggplant Embossing Powder.  I used
leaves from the Fall Florals Stamp Set and embossed them with
Gilded Embossing Powder.  I stamped each group 3 times.

I painted these images with Chroma Mists.  For colors I used: Turquoise,
Tangerine Orange, Candy Apple Red, Blue Violet, Bumblebee Yellow,
Leaf Green and Lilac Purple.  I did mix a few colors and the yellow
flowers were the only ones I did any kind of shading on.

Once these were dry I fussy cut them.  There are dies for all of these
images, but I didn't have them.  I also don't mind fussy cutting.  I prepared
a top folding A2 size card base from white card stock.  I cut a panel that
was 3 3/4" x 5" and used an embossing folder to give it texture and as
another design.

I cut a piece of Vineyard Card Stock that measures 4" x 5 1/4" and adhered it
to the card base.  For my sentiment, I used a scrap of the white card stock
and heat embossed it with the Eggplant Embossing Powder.  Using a small
square die, I centered the sentiment and die cut it.  I backed this small square
with gold mirror card stock about 1/8" bigger.  I cut another square of
Vineyard Card Stock that was 1/8" bigger than the gold.  I adhered my
white embossed panel to the card base.

I started by placing my bigger plum rose colored flowers on the base with
foam tape.  Then I did the same with the yellow flowers.  Then I adhered
the leaves flat to the surface of the card, tucking them in around the
flowers mindful of the colors.  And lastly, I placed the bud flowers.  I
also adhered those flat to the card.  I backed my white sentiment square
with the gold and popped that up on the Vineyard that I had turned on
point.  I really liked how this looks!

I added some gold confetti around
the flowers and that finished my card!

I hope you enjoyed today's project.  The Miss You Florals Stamp Set
is a small set with small images.  But with the addition of the foliage,
my florals really stand out!  You can find the products I used at

Thank you so much for your interest!
