Truly Inspire with Joy Clair Designs

Hello everyone!  Today I'm featuring the newly released Truly Inspire from the Springish Fiesta Release.  This is such a gorgeous digital stamp set.

I started my card by sizing my elements in the computer.  I had a rough idea of the composition of the elements but needed to size them.  Once I did, I printed them out onto plain copy paper.

In order to paper piece my elements, I needed to print them on patterned paper.  Once I printed them out onto copy paper, I cut pieces of my patterned paper and taped them right over the images on the copy paper. 

I then sent this sheet through my printer again.

I then fussy cut these images and die cut the sentiment.  I used a water-based black marker to go over the edges.

I thought these flowers looked really pretty with their marbled pink tones.  I next prepared my A2 size top folding white card base.  I took a piece of dark khaki green card stock and embossed it.  I also     had a piece of foiled card stock that was already embossed.  I used a die on this card stock that was 3 1/2" x 5".

I then adhered the dark green onto my card base and then centered the gold piece and adhered that.

I adhered the 2 smaller flowers and the sentiment flat to the card.  I used foam tape for the largest flower.  I added some matching pearls and gold shimmer pen to the flower centers and that finished my project for today!
