Jan's Digi Stamp Challenge!

Hello everyone!  Today there's a new challenge up on Jan's Digistamp Challenge Blog to
kick off a new month!  I've chosen to work with Get Well Bear set #3260J.

I started off by choosing my background paper.  I had a layout in mind and searched
my stash for background paper that had a wallpaper vibe to it.  Next I printed off
my image at 50% onto a piece of 80lb. Neenah Classic Crest Solar White card stock.
Then it was time for coloring.  I knew I wanted to fussy cut the image right up
to the line, so I was not worried about coloring out side the lines!

I have a hex chart for my Copic colors and it really came in handy for color matching
the background paper.  I colored the bedding first.  All Copic colors will be listed
at the end of the post.  Next I moved onto the bandaid.  Then the bandage and finally
the bear and thermometer.

Next I fussy cut the image.  My base was an A2 size top folding white card.  I cut
my background paper to 4" x 5 1/4" and adhered it to the base.  Then I adhered
my colored piece.  I printed the sentiment on 2 separate lines and die
cut them with a banner die.  I shaded just a little on the flat end with my Copics.
I adhered these to the card and added a heart jewel.  I applied Crystal
Glaze to the eyes and nose for a little shine, and that completed my card!
