Hello everyone! Today I’m sharing a sweet card to give to
a loved one that you miss. I’ll be using products from
Let me show you how I made this adorable card!
Using a window die (I have 3 different ones by different companies)
I die cut the window frame and the bottom sil piece from white
woodgrain card stock. I then colored those using a brown ink pad
that I swiped over it.
I composed my 2 cat images and printed them out
onto smooth white card stock. I needed them to match up with
the window openings so their heads would show.
I colored my kitties the same color my real kitties are! I also
decided to die cut a tree branch using a die from my stash. I
cut this out of green card stock and used a Copic marker to color the
branch part brown. For the triangle pieces at the top of the window
I used some white metallic card stock. I added touches to the kitties’ eyes
with a fine liner black pen. I die cut a stitched circle with a die from
my stash and stamped the sentiment using a stamp from my stash and
adhered a red enamel heart under it.
With all of my elements done I just needed to assemble my card.
I was really pleased with how this card came out. I have just the friend
to send it to! I hope you’ll give this a try and tag us on social media
please if you do! We love to see what you’re making!
