Mid-Month Inspiration with Jan's Digistamps Challenge

Hello everyone!  Time for some mid-month inspiration for

Jan's Digistamps Challenges Blog!

This is a beautiful stamp set and I love Jan's take on it!  Let me show you
how I made my card!
I started by printing out my image onto Neenah 80lb. Classic Crest Solar
White card stock.  I also printed out a sentiment but did use it.
I decided to color my image with Copic markers and I had already chosen my
background paper so I had a color palette in mind.

I kept the coloring pretty simple.

Copic markers used:

Leaves:  YG91, G21, G85, G94
Branches:  E15, E59
Pears:  Y21, Y35, Y38, Y28, R02
Vase:  BG70, BG72, E08, E15

I chose a patterned piece of paper from the Falling Leaves Paper Pad from
Unity Stamp Company.  I trimmed it down to 4 1/8" x 5 3/8" and adhered it
to a standard white top folding A2 size card base.
I die cut my colored panel with a dotted rectangle die that measures
3 1/2" x 4 3/4" and adhered it flat to the card center.  I though that this might
make a good sympathy card so I didn't embellish it or put a sentiment on it.
I think it just makes a nice soft statement.

I hope you found some inspiration in today's tutorial.  Find this stamp
set and 2 other new stamps sets in Jan's Shop

Thanks so much for stopping by.  I appreciate your interest!
