How To Make An Interactive Card That Works!

Hello everyone!  Today I'm sharing an interactive card
that keeps working!

I don't know about you, but whenever I make an interactive card, I am reaching for
my heavy duty double sided tape.  Although I'm not a fan of double sided tape,
it was the only thing that held my interactive cards together, so they wouldn't
fall apart!  This seemed like the perfect test for The Best Glue Ever with the
No-Clog Writing Cap!  I used one of my all time favorite paper packs by
Carta Bella - spring Market.  I wanted to use a double sided paper as both sides
show when pulling the  interactive piece.  To start I die cut my main interactive pieces.

Each of these panels needs to be glued along one edge for the flip mechanism to
work.  It's very important to get glue right up to the edges.

I did this for each of the 4 panels.  Once I adhered these panels I attached this
working piece to a panel that was die cut.  Once again, where this piece is
glued on is not very big - yet has to stay put to allow the rest of the
piece to gently glide back and forth.  Once that was adhered, I glued it
onto an A2 size card base that that a piece of patterned paper adhered to
it - leaving a narrow frame of the card base color.

I also adhered my smaller panels onto the glued panels.  Once again, these had to be adhered
well so no edges would catch on anything, particularly the last bigger panel that actually
does the sliding in and out.  I also die cut the tab twice and glued it on using the Best Glue Ever
to give the tab lots of strength as that is pulled.  And lastly I adhered a silk bow to the
front left corner.  I didn't want this falling off or coming undone.  The Best Glue Ever
does such a great job of adhering fabric to anything!

Whenever I make an interactive card and leave it on my work table...I just have to keep playing
with it!...just to make sure it works!  The Best Glue Ever with the No-Clog Writing Cap were
absolutely the perfect choice for this interactive card.  It holds the paper fast and permanent.

Thanks for stopping by today!
