Hello Frosty Snowman ft. Polkadoodles

Hello everyone!  I'm in the very chilly northeastern USA!  Winter has truly arrived!
The fun thing about winter is all of the adorable cards that can be made
with snowmen, polar bears and penguins!  Today I'll be using products from

This little image is so adorable and so easy to color and create a card with!
Let me show you how I created my project today.

For this card I went straight to my paper stash.  I found a background
that I thought would work along with a patterned paper.  I sized my image
and printed it out onto white card stock.  I die cut that panel and patterned
paper panel using the same nesting die set.  I computer journaled my
sentiment and printed it out onto a scrap of the patterned paper.

I used a cool and a warm version of purple for my coloring.  For the
snowman body I just went around with my marker - leaving a hard line, then
went around the inner edge of it with my Blender marker to soften.
Copic colors used:  BV0000, BV000, BV00, BV02, BV13, V000, V01,
V04, V06, YR00, YR02, YR04, E43, E25, C1, C3, C5, C7, 100, Blender

Although the little bird looks like there's a lot of white on him,
I actually colored him with the V000.  But the little snowman has
lots of white on him.  And I colored his scarf with stripes.  I used
my Iridescent Contour Liner to add bits of snow - like it was
snowing, on his nose, on the ground beneath his boots, the white
stripes on his scarf and the upper corners of the sentiment, and the tips
of the wings of the little bird. I adhered thelayers together on
my A2 size side folding white card base and foam taped my colored focal
panel and sentiment.  And that finished my card!

I hope you give this little cutie a try!  Such minimal coloring if you
are not confident or just getting started coloring with alcohol markers.

Til next time...
