Hello everyone! I hope you all have had a fabulous fall. It's getting colder where
I live in the north eastern US, so hot tea, a warm scarf and a good book are in order!
Today I'll be using a stamp set from
This stamp set is very versatile for the fall season. There so much to choose from in
this digital stamp set - 31 images! So I chose the images I wanted to use and
composed my design in my computer. I also wanted to use digital paper from
the Weekend At Home digital papers set as well. The decision to do that came
at the end of my composing my design, so I was able to placed it behind my images.
I planned to color my images with Copic markers. My yellow and orange shades
were pretty much determined by the background paper. I knew I wanted to add the
teal color and then I added a coral red.
I started with my pumpkin.
Then coloring as I went along trying to distribute my colors.
Copic colors used:
BG70, BG72, BG75
W1, W3, W5
YR02, YR31, YR000
R02, R05
Y26, Y28
E08. E31. E35
I next added my sentiment with physical stamps from my stash in black ink and
added a few handwritten bits as well.
I added a small enamel heart on the top book and that finished my card!
I hope you enjoyed today's tutorial. I had fun with this one!...just creating
a cozy autumn feel! You can find the digital stamp sets I used at:
Thanks so much for stopping by!
