Pajama Power ft. Pajama Crafter Stamps

Hello everyone!  Hope the summer is going well for you all and you
are getting plenty of sunshine!  Today I'm sharing this adorable card
using brand new products from

This card worked up quickly and it's so cute!  These little animals
are just adorable in their pj's!  Let me show you how I made my card!
To begin, I took my time finding exactly the right paper.  I wanted
it to be colorful without being loud.  I also wanted to use the little
funky frames stamp to make my little critters stand out.  I heat embossed
with black the little frames onto some coordinating colorful paper.  I used the
die to cut them out.  I adhered a strip of paper to another for the front of
my card, backed it with black card stock so there was a narrow border
and adhered it to a white card base.  I also heat embossed in black the
sentiment onto the colorful strip.

With the background done, I moved onto coloring my little critters.
I colored the panda with the laptop first.  I tried to limit my colors
as I had 3 of these little guys to color.  I started with the Panda
letting the colors of the frames make my color choices for outfits.

The puppy was next.

Then I finished with the elephant.

Once the coloring was done I fussy cut them leaving a narrow white edge.
I placed them each on their respective frames with foam tape.  I added 3
gems stones to each in coordinating colors.  Then I placed a very small
heart sequin in a matching color on each critter.  And that finished my
adorable critter in pajamas card!

I hope you've enjoyed today's tutorial!  It's a great layout for using
smaller stamps!  You can find this stamp set and many others at

In Full Bloom ft. Pajama Crafter Stamps

Hello everyone!  Today I'm sharing this sweet floral card using
products from

This stamp set makes such a sweet card.  Most of the sentiments are
spring related, but with another sentiment it works for every occasion!
Let me show you how I made my card.
I first stamped and die cut my images onto white card stock.  I die cut
the images first so I wouldn't have to start over if I messed up - LOL!
I also picked out my papers for my card base.  I used a white speckled card
stock for my A2 size card base, then a panel of pink card stock, then a panel of
flowered card stock that was die cut using a need scalloped rectangle
die and then finally an aqua panel die cut with another of the same set
of scalloped rectangle dies.

I also stamped and die cut a banner.  Next it was time
to color up the images.  I decided I wasn't going to use the
watering can so I saved it for another project.

I put a layer of the lightest color onto the parts of the image.  This
serves as sort of a map to make sure I didn't color something in error.

I was quite pleased with how the coloring turned out.  I wanted it to
stand out from the background, but not totally overtake it.  It didn't
take long to color and I kept the bend fairly easy.  I used the colors
in the floral paper as my guide to color choices.
Copic colors used:  E30, E34, YR31, B41, B32, B34, BG11, BG13,
G12, YG03, R20, R24, R14, C2, C7, C5, C3

I adhered my aqua panel with thin foam tape.  I added the sentiment in the
lower left corner trimming off the straight end to fit.  I added the butterfly
with foam tape.  I used a shimmer pen on the flower center and the butterfly.
I did a bit of black pen work on the butterfly and then wherever I had used
the shimmer pen I used Glossy Accents.  Then I sprinkled some tiny
gems around the image for a bit of sparkle.  And that finished my card!

I hope you enjoyed today's tutorial.  Such a sweet card with images
that could be used for so may things!  You can find the products that
I used on my card and so much more at

Sweet Friends ft. Pajama Crafter Stamps

Hello everyone!  Summer is in full swing!  Hope you are having fun
and enjoying some nice warm summer weather!  Today I'm sharing this cute
card using products from

This little cat from the High Five Set is so sweet!  And she's playing with
her little bird friends!  Let me show you how I made my card.  I chose my
background paper first from the Spring Plaids paper pad and die cut a panel
using a stitched scallop rectangle die from my stash and then die cut an oval
out of white card stock using a stitched nesting oval die.  I stamped out my
cat image and the 3 little birds onto white card stock.

I die cut my cat before I colored her.  This cat is only about 2" tall,
and the birds are about 1/2" around, so the coloring was quick.

I colored up the 3 little birds and then fussy cut them.  I stamped the
sentiment onto another smaller oval die cut out of the aqua card stock
that I cut to fit the background of the card which was 1/8" smaller.

I adhered the aqua card stock to the black white card base.  I did round
the corners first.  Then I adhered the plaid piece which was die cut with a
scalloped rectangle die and wrapped around the middle with some
pale pink and white twine and popped it up on foam tape.  I also used the
foam tape to adhered the cat, birds and sentiment.  I finished with a few
pieces of confetti and some tiny black dots around the birds.  That
finished my card!

This is such a sweet card...the cat is my favorite!  I hope I've inspired
you to make one for yourself to give to someone!  You can find these
products that I've used and many more at

No Talkie Before Coffee ft. Pajama Crafter Stamps

Hello everyone!  I don't know about you, but this pretty much sums up me in the morning!
Today I'm sharing a very cute coffee card made with products from

This project definitely had it's ups and downs, but I think the end result is so adorable!
Let me show you how I made my card!

The first thing I did was to foil my flashcard. I used a bronze colored foil. Then I chose my background papers and made my layers for the card. I started out with this plan but in the end I don't use it.

I color-matched my coffee mug to the plaid paper I had die cut. I stamped 2 of the paw prints onto the mug. I used a metallic ink but it jut wasn't showing off the metallic property of it. So, I took a brown gel pen - that was quite juicy - and colored in the 2 paw prints. That's when things started to go south. Somehow I got the gel pen ink on my left hand and smeared the coffee cup (you can see the smear on the bottom) and on the white part of the card base. I was able to get most of the gel pen off the mug but you could still see it. The card base with all the layers of card stock just couldn't be saved, so I made a new one. For the mug I stamped another paw print over the stain and very carefully went over it with the gel pen. It worked!

Then I made a new card base that I actually liked better than the first!

I added some Night Out Embellishments for the eyes. And then I used A Mermaid's Tale Confetti to dot the mug so it looked like it had a pattern. I re-did my background and left off one of the layers. I die cut the plaid paper and a white piece of card stock with scalloped nested rectangle dies. I made the white one 2 sizes smaller so more of the plaid paper would show and I wanted it smaller than the mug. I originally was going to have this card be a portrait orientation, but in the end decided I liked the landscape orientation better.  I popped the mug up with foam tape and that finished my card!

I hope you enjoyed today's tutorial. I feel with this card - you win some (the paw print on the mug to hide the stain) and you lose some (making a new card base). It is just paper and we shouldn't be afraid of making mistakes, fixing mistakes, or just chucking the whole thing into the trash! It's just paper!

Hats Off ft. Pajama Crafter Stamps

Hello everyone!  Graduation is right around the corner!  Do you have someone
in your life that's graduating?  Today I'll be using products from

I love making cards for special occasions and this was fun and relatively
easy!  Let me show you how I made my card.
I first stamped out the images I wanted to use onto white card stock.  I
used black pigment ink and heat embossed it with clear embossing powder.

Although embossing powder is not good for your Copic markers over time, I
was quite careful in my coloring to not go over the embossed part.  Next I die
cut my background pieces.

I die cut a panel of very textured gold card stock as the very back piece.
I used a mottled red mirri-board as my next layer using a die.  Using a
smaller die from the same set, I die cut a panel out of white glitter paper.
Next was the coloring.

Obviously my theme was red and white.  Except for 2 gray markers, I only
used red to color with.

I love how rich I was able to get the red.  Sometimes when elements I'm
coloring don't look good, I try to keep going because by adding more color
the blending is deepened.  Not much coloring on the diploma and sentiment.

After the coloring was done, I fussy cut my images leaving a narrow
white margin around the pieces.  Next, I die cut the gift card holder out
of white glitter paper.  I cut the top extended part off.  I used multiple
pairs of reverse tweezers to hold it the back bits together.

Once that glue was dry, all of my pieces were ready to assemble.

I adhered the gift card holder first.  I did use 4 pairs of reverse tweezer to
hold it in place - glitter paper is very stubborn!  I adhered this at an angle and
that made my card a little more interesting.  I foam taped (with liquid glue
dabbed on each piece) and adhered the rest of the elements.  I used a gold
metallic pen and used it for the medallion on the diploma and and the tiny metal
part on the tassel.  I embellished with some bright red gems and my card was finished!

I hope you enjoyed today's tutorial.  It's one of those cards that you
could customize so easily with school colors!  You can find the
products that I used and many more at

Supplies used:
Copic colors:  C1, 3, R02, R05, R14, R27, R37, R59
Several specialty papers
White glitter paper
Foam Tape & Liquid glue
Red gems

Blooming Roses ft. Pajama Crafter Stamps

Hello everyone! Today I'm sharing with you this softly painted rose card using products from

Pajama Crafter Stamps

Sketched Florals Rose Stamp Set

Birds of a Feather Stamp Set

I love painting images like this and I used Distress Ink to paint it! Let me show you how I made my card!

I heat embossed my image in gold onto sparkle watercolor paper from Paul Ruebens (Amazon). I love this paper as it gives just a hint of sparkle in the light. I started painting and did the leaves first.

I flooded each leaf with water and then picked up the ink colors from a palette I was using. I used 4 colors for the leaves and 4 colors for the flowers.

I wanted this to be soft and springy so my colors really are not bright, but soft. I flooded each part of the petals, put in my lightest color and then added shadows with the darker colors finally fading to the lightest color.

Once the painting was finished, I splattered it with gold paint. Then I cut my panel down to 3 1/2" x 5". I trimmed a piece of gold shimmer card stock and embossed it with a geometric pattern to go behind it. I also heat embossed a sentiment using the Birds of a Feather Stamp Set. I trimmed it out and used a gold metallic ink pad along the edges. I did this for the watercolored panel as well. I chose a soft pink for the A2 size top folding card base.

I've had the butterfly embellishment in my stash for a long time...like years! But it looked really nice on this card. It is metal so this will have to be a hand delivered card. I was actually going to put a bow here and that would have looked really nice but I liked the butterfly better. I adhered my layers together and my card was finished!  I hope you've enjoyed today's tutorial.

Here is a list of supplies that I used to make my project today: Florals Rose Stamp Set, Birds of a Feather Stamp Set, watercolor paper, gold embossing powder, gold shimmer paper, pink card stock, Distress Ink: Twisted Citron, Peeled Paint, Forest Moss, Everygreen Bough, Spun Sugar, Worn Lipstick, Abandoned Coral, Dried Marigold, Gold paint for splatter, Gold ink pad for edging, an embellishment for lower left corner.

Birds of a Feather ft. Pajama Crafter Stamps

Hello everyone!  Hope everyone is doing well and Spring has
arrived in your area.  It's yet to arrive where I live, but I've made
another sweet Spring card using products from

I love creating with plaid paper.  I love all the different colors and
patterns which provide endless inspiration!  Let me show you how
I made my card.  I had previously stamped out this little line of birds
from the stamps set.

I had already chosen the plaid paper that I wanted to use and a solid
background color.

I color-matched my coloring to the paper.  I colored the little birds in
rainbow colors, but not rainbow order.  Instead they sit beside their
complimentary color, except for the yellow whose compliment is
purple.  Once they were colored I fussy cut the image leaving a
narrow white outline.

For my pink background I used the Dainty Scalloped Rectangle die
from Trinity Stamps and the Fancy Rectangle Frame Die is from
Pink Fresh Studio.  The middle actually cuts out, but I adhered it
inside the frame.  I stamped out the sentiment onto a scrap of white
card stock, cut it out and adhered to a piece of the pink card stock.
I popped up both the birds and the sentiment on foam tape, centered
both on the card base and that finished my card!

I hope you enjoyed this springtime tutorial.  It was so easy!  And
it's pretty sweet as well!  You can find the supplies and many more at

Friendship Isn't a Big Thing...ft. Pajama Crafter Stamps

Hello everyone!  I'm here with a very cute card and using spring
colors!  I'm using products from

These 2 stamp sets work together well.  And the dies...the Scalloped
Circle Nesting Dies coordinate beautifully with the single Scalloped
Circle Die.  Let me show you my process.  First, I found my background
paper.  This was a panel of splatters on white card stock using Distress
Oxide Inks.  I used a rainbow of colors, but this panel is so old I don't
know what the colors were.  I chose some card stocks that were a good
match to the colors and used the circle dies to cut graduating layers.

I added some fairly light blue glitter card stock as the middle of the
focal circle.  I used a 1 3/4" die from my stash to die cut this with.  I
stamped out my images onto white card stock.  I wasn't sure how I was
going to cut the bird image - as one piece or separately.  But I cut
this little panel in half and concentrated on the birds.

I painted the little birds with Distress Ink.  Even though I wasn't
using watercolor paper, the card stock was fine with such little images.

I layered my background using the same card stocks as the focal
circle with the exception of the black.  I used a fancy scalloped edged
die for the splattered panel to make it stand out.  I also used some
shimmer spray on the splattered panel the layers for the die cut circles.

I backed my sentiment with the same blue glitter card stock and also
die cut a border of hearts with a die from my stash.  I cut out each of the
birds, and left a white white margin around them.  I popped up the
sentiment on some low loft foam squares.  I popped up the birds with
a much higher loft foam tape so they really stand out.  I scatted a few
Purple Heart sequins and that finished my card!

List of supplies:

Card Stock:
lavender, yellow black, white, pink, blue glitter
Distress Ink:
Dusty Concord, Spiced Marmalade, Warn Lipstick,
Scattered Straw
Tiny heart sequins
Scissors, Die cutting machine, low loft and higher
loft foam tape, iridescent shimmer spray (Amazon)

I hope you enjoyed today's tutorial.  It was fun to make and I am
ready for spring after working with these colors!  You can find the
products I used and many more at
