Sweet Friends ft. Pajama Crafter Stamps

Hello everyone!  Summer is in full swing!  Hope you are having fun
and enjoying some nice warm summer weather!  Today I'm sharing this cute
card using products from

This little cat from the High Five Set is so sweet!  And she's playing with
her little bird friends!  Let me show you how I made my card.  I chose my
background paper first from the Spring Plaids paper pad and die cut a panel
using a stitched scallop rectangle die from my stash and then die cut an oval
out of white card stock using a stitched nesting oval die.  I stamped out my
cat image and the 3 little birds onto white card stock.

I die cut my cat before I colored her.  This cat is only about 2" tall,
and the birds are about 1/2" around, so the coloring was quick.

I colored up the 3 little birds and then fussy cut them.  I stamped the
sentiment onto another smaller oval die cut out of the aqua card stock
that I cut to fit the background of the card which was 1/8" smaller.

I adhered the aqua card stock to the black white card base.  I did round
the corners first.  Then I adhered the plaid piece which was die cut with a
scalloped rectangle die and wrapped around the middle with some
pale pink and white twine and popped it up on foam tape.  I also used the
foam tape to adhered the cat, birds and sentiment.  I finished with a few
pieces of confetti and some tiny black dots around the birds.  That
finished my card!

This is such a sweet card...the cat is my favorite!  I hope I've inspired
you to make one for yourself to give to someone!  You can find these
products that I've used and many more at

Blooming Roses ft. Pajama Crafter Stamps

Hello everyone! Today I'm sharing with you this softly painted rose card using products from

Pajama Crafter Stamps

Sketched Florals Rose Stamp Set

Birds of a Feather Stamp Set

I love painting images like this and I used Distress Ink to paint it! Let me show you how I made my card!

I heat embossed my image in gold onto sparkle watercolor paper from Paul Ruebens (Amazon). I love this paper as it gives just a hint of sparkle in the light. I started painting and did the leaves first.

I flooded each leaf with water and then picked up the ink colors from a palette I was using. I used 4 colors for the leaves and 4 colors for the flowers.

I wanted this to be soft and springy so my colors really are not bright, but soft. I flooded each part of the petals, put in my lightest color and then added shadows with the darker colors finally fading to the lightest color.

Once the painting was finished, I splattered it with gold paint. Then I cut my panel down to 3 1/2" x 5". I trimmed a piece of gold shimmer card stock and embossed it with a geometric pattern to go behind it. I also heat embossed a sentiment using the Birds of a Feather Stamp Set. I trimmed it out and used a gold metallic ink pad along the edges. I did this for the watercolored panel as well. I chose a soft pink for the A2 size top folding card base.

I've had the butterfly embellishment in my stash for a long time...like years! But it looked really nice on this card. It is metal so this will have to be a hand delivered card. I was actually going to put a bow here and that would have looked really nice but I liked the butterfly better. I adhered my layers together and my card was finished!  I hope you've enjoyed today's tutorial.

Here is a list of supplies that I used to make my project today: Florals Rose Stamp Set, Birds of a Feather Stamp Set, watercolor paper, gold embossing powder, gold shimmer paper, pink card stock, Distress Ink: Twisted Citron, Peeled Paint, Forest Moss, Everygreen Bough, Spun Sugar, Worn Lipstick, Abandoned Coral, Dried Marigold, Gold paint for splatter, Gold ink pad for edging, an embellishment for lower left corner.

Birds of a Feather ft. Pajama Crafter Stamps

Hello everyone!  Hope everyone is doing well and Spring has
arrived in your area.  It's yet to arrive where I live, but I've made
another sweet Spring card using products from

I love creating with plaid paper.  I love all the different colors and
patterns which provide endless inspiration!  Let me show you how
I made my card.  I had previously stamped out this little line of birds
from the stamps set.

I had already chosen the plaid paper that I wanted to use and a solid
background color.

I color-matched my coloring to the paper.  I colored the little birds in
rainbow colors, but not rainbow order.  Instead they sit beside their
complimentary color, except for the yellow whose compliment is
purple.  Once they were colored I fussy cut the image leaving a
narrow white outline.

For my pink background I used the Dainty Scalloped Rectangle die
from Trinity Stamps and the Fancy Rectangle Frame Die is from
Pink Fresh Studio.  The middle actually cuts out, but I adhered it
inside the frame.  I stamped out the sentiment onto a scrap of white
card stock, cut it out and adhered to a piece of the pink card stock.
I popped up both the birds and the sentiment on foam tape, centered
both on the card base and that finished my card!

I hope you enjoyed this springtime tutorial.  It was so easy!  And
it's pretty sweet as well!  You can find the supplies and many more at

Friendship Isn't a Big Thing...ft. Pajama Crafter Stamps

Hello everyone!  I'm here with a very cute card and using spring
colors!  I'm using products from

These 2 stamp sets work together well.  And the dies...the Scalloped
Circle Nesting Dies coordinate beautifully with the single Scalloped
Circle Die.  Let me show you my process.  First, I found my background
paper.  This was a panel of splatters on white card stock using Distress
Oxide Inks.  I used a rainbow of colors, but this panel is so old I don't
know what the colors were.  I chose some card stocks that were a good
match to the colors and used the circle dies to cut graduating layers.

I added some fairly light blue glitter card stock as the middle of the
focal circle.  I used a 1 3/4" die from my stash to die cut this with.  I
stamped out my images onto white card stock.  I wasn't sure how I was
going to cut the bird image - as one piece or separately.  But I cut
this little panel in half and concentrated on the birds.

I painted the little birds with Distress Ink.  Even though I wasn't
using watercolor paper, the card stock was fine with such little images.

I layered my background using the same card stocks as the focal
circle with the exception of the black.  I used a fancy scalloped edged
die for the splattered panel to make it stand out.  I also used some
shimmer spray on the splattered panel the layers for the die cut circles.

I backed my sentiment with the same blue glitter card stock and also
die cut a border of hearts with a die from my stash.  I cut out each of the
birds, and left a white white margin around them.  I popped up the
sentiment on some low loft foam squares.  I popped up the birds with
a much higher loft foam tape so they really stand out.  I scatted a few
Purple Heart sequins and that finished my card!

List of supplies:

Card Stock:
lavender, yellow black, white, pink, blue glitter
Distress Ink:
Dusty Concord, Spiced Marmalade, Warn Lipstick,
Scattered Straw
Tiny heart sequins
Scissors, Die cutting machine, low loft and higher
loft foam tape, iridescent shimmer spray (Amazon)

I hope you enjoyed today's tutorial.  It was fun to make and I am
ready for spring after working with these colors!  You can find the
products I used and many more at
