Hello everyone! Today I'm sharing my last project as Guest Designer for
I love this quote! The roses look so lovely with it! Let me show you how
I made my card.
I started by laying out my elements in the computer. I printed the quote
in black but the flowers in gray onto cream card stock from Neenah.
I wanted the quote to stand out from the roses a bit and by graying the flowers
back, it allows the black quote to come forward. I decided to color my
images with Copics.
I used 3-color blends for each color-way.
Copic colors used:
Blue: B21, B32, B34
Green: YG11, G14, YG67
Yellow: Y02, Y15, Y38
Red: R20. R22, R14
I made an A2 size top folding card base from ivory card stock.
I trimmed my colored panel to 4" x 5 1/4". I back it panel with a
piece of fun foam before adhering it to the base. I finished my card
with some pretty iridescent sequins and my card was finished!
